He/she advises Administration and Food Service Director as needed on all clinical aspects of the Dietary Department. Ideal person has experience in clinical and operational oversite. Experience

SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL/VOCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:<br>1. Registered dietitian with previous experience in a health care setting or previous experience as a consulting dietitian.<br>2. Experience with geriatric population is preferred.<br>
